I graduated as a Guild Certified Feldenkrais PractitionerCM from a Professional Feldenkrais Training (1994-1998). Until 2015 I have offered group classes (ATM) and individual sessions (FI) in Chicago, US.
Since 2015 I have traveled to various countries to offer this work, and since February of 2017 I am a Certified Feldenkrais Assistant Trainer. I have also completed the ARUN Conscious Touch Training 1 + 2; and earned 1+2 certification for Focusing.
Before practicing the Feldenkrais Method I worked as a carpenter. Until 2015, parallel to the Feldenkrais Work, I established a sales company: BestMassage, a meditation center: Inner Metamorphosis University, and an organic vegetarian restaurant in Chicago.
The combination of running businesses parallel to practicing the Feldenkrais Work gave me a treasure of life experience, knowing of people’s every day challenges, and knowing of how supportive this method can be. Now my work has developed to just working with people, with this method.
In short, I am fascinated by self-exploration, through which I discover my spontaneous and creative being, and I guide others to catch fire to live this way.
I am practicing the Feldenkrais Method® in various countries including Germany, the US, Brazil, Taiwan, Italy and Spain. Please stay up-to-date with my schedule, I may be in your area.

My greatest joys in life include the enjoyment of movement, being in nature, and various practices of consciousness. Besides an engaging business life I have been blessed to come in contact with an intense practice of silent and active meditations as well as Focusing.
I tremendously enjoy dance such as Latin Dances, Kizomba, and Tribal Belly Dance, and half-a-lifetime ago, also music (such as singing, piano, guitar, drums), as well as martial arts, Judo, self-defense, Ki-Aikido, and other sports.
Besides the passion to create and being active, I am always seeking for aloneness and spaces of meditation and silence, which I tremendously enjoy.
